1)       Where can I buy your cupcakes from?
     You can buy our cupcakes at PT 23 (D) Blok Permai, 15000 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

2)      What is the best way for me to receive your cupcakes and retail merchandise?

     We offer our cupcakes and retail items for pick-up, delivery and shipping. If you live in the local area of our storefront you can choose "Pick-up" or "Delivery" as an option. Orders are available for pick-up during store hours.

3)      Can I order Miniera Cupcakes in advance?

    Yes, advance orders for everyday flavors can be as many cupcakes as you wish filled or unfilled, if more than a dozen please give us 2 - 3 hours. Special order flavors must be by the dozen with 2 - 3 days’ notice. Please give us more notice for holidays such as Halloween, Christmas and Valentines Day.

4)      How far in advance do I need to place an order?

     Typically 48 hours’ notice unless you have a challenging request that requires some time to prepare.

5)      Is there a minimum order?

      Yes. You may order by the dozen (12) for regular size cupcakes.

6)      Do you deliver?

     Absolutely! We deliver 7 days a week, free of charge for those within the Kota Bharu area and an additional fee of 30p per mile applies for deliveries further away. Give us a call and we’ll let you know how much it would be. You can always collect in person if you prefer.

7)      Can I place an order for cupcakes on the same day that I need them?

    If you need cupcakes on the same day you call, we will do our best to fill your order. However, you may need to take an assortment of available flavors.

8)      Can you have my order packed and waiting for me?

     Absolutely, just call uswith your order and we will have your cupcakes ready to go. Why wait in lines?

9)      How do I care for my Miniera Cupcakes after I pick them up?

    We recommend that they be eaten on the same day they are picked up. When you get them home, leave them in their air-tight container and store unfilled cupcakes on the counter in a cool room. For cupcakes with cream fillings, place container with cupcakes in the refrigerator. Before serving, please remove container with cupcakes from the refrigerator and allow to warm up to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

10)   How long do Miniera Cupcakes stay fresh?

    Our cupcakes are made with all natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, so it is best to eat them on the same day they are purchased. If you leave them in their container, they should still be good the following day. Please leave unfilled cupcakes on the counter, and place cream filled cupcakes in the refrigerator.

11)   Does Miniera Cupcakes make cakes?

    We make cupcake creations! A cupcake creation is sometimes called a cupcake cake. Many cupcakes together and then iced to resemble a sheet cake. We also make a giant cupcake.

12)   Do you offer only one size of cupcakes?

       We actually offer two sizes: standard and minis.

13)   Can cupcakes be freezed? And for how long?

    Yes, they can. Cupcakes can be placed in an airtight box and keep them in the freezer. They’ll keep for about 3 months. Generally the longer the stay in the freezer, taste and texture can be detracting more.

14)   Can I order cupcakes for my wedding?

    Yes, you may, however, the order should be placed at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. You may select from our flavors or have us select an assortment of flavors - as long as the orders are by the dozen.

15)   Do you deliver cupcakes for weddings or large parties?

     Yes, but there is a delivery charge and delivery is based on our availability. However, our cupcakes are conveniently packaged in air tight containers and bagged, making it very easy to pick them up.

16)    What is your cupcake toppers made of?

     We use pure fondant to custom create toppers for your event. All of our toppers are made by hand specially for your event.

17)   Will you do any custom decorating or writing on your cupcakes?

     We can tint our buttercream frostings in pastel colors and vary the colors of our sprinkles. Then our cupcakes are topped with a pretty candy piece especially for the occasion, making them easily recognizable as a Miniera Cupcake.

18)   Can I order custom cupcakes?

     Challenge our creativity! We love custom orders. You choose the flavors, frosting colors and design. Tell us what you want and we can make it happen. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, our creative staff can help you with ideas. Custom prices vary, depending on final design.

19)   How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?

    The earlier you can let us know is the better. This will give us time to special order any unique supplies that we might need.

20)   Do all Miniera Cupcakes contain sugar, eggs and milk?

     Yes, we use only the finest, freshest ingredients in our cupcakes. They are all made from scratch using flour, sugar, eggs and milk.

21)   Can I change the icing and cake flavors?

     Our cupcakes are matched to the icings to form a perfect flavor combination. We also welcome you to create your own flavor combinations.

22)   What type of icing is available?

    We make our own buttercream and cream cheese icings. Yes, we use real butter, real cream and real cream cheese. Our Buttercream icing is so unique, people buy icing shots!

23)   Do you have any cupcakes that do not have nuts?

      Yes we do, if you are concerned about peanut and tree nut allergies, be advised we work hard to eliminate any cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination.

24)   How do I serve your cupcakes to get the most enjoyment and flavor from them?

       We always suggest Cupcake Heaven Cupcakes be served at room temperature.

25)   How do your cupcakes compare to your other cakes?

     Our Miniera Cupcakes are made from exactly the same recipes as our other cakes. So if you have enjoyed our cakes in the past, you will also enjoy our cupcakes. You may find a few additional cupcake flavors not listed as our regular cake flavors, but the ingredients are the same.
